This is the criterion on which I base my evaluation. Sound quality five stars: Sounds great. Full range of audio. The maximum volume is louder than I can bear. Comfort five stars: feels great. Stay connected: 4 stars reach about 15-20 feet. easy to connect voice calls: 3 stars. Looks like I'm on speakerphone. That's not what I bought them for, but I wanted an option. Overall I am very happy with these headphones. Support sent me another pair when I asked about a voice call issue. The second pair was better but still not as sharp as I need for meetings. They responded quickly and tried to fix the problem. I now have two for music. I want to give them five stars.
