I like that we can easily manage candidate searches through their own networks via LinkedIn & Google+. However sometimes it becomes difficult at times when using multiple platforms as this is linked throughout our CRM system (Salesforce). It might be worth looking into additional apps suchs of Hootsuite which could assist with cross platform tweeting/sharing etc? We are able to search both internal staff members' CVs AND externally available applicants simultaneously across all social media channels! This allows us so much flexibility within 1 integrated app - great value solution!! I like that it has multiple options to view resumes so we have many different ways to display information about them versus just one option which is what most companies use now. It would be nice if it could search through our database of over 100k+ applicants but thats not something any other service can do either! Our team uses this tool daily and its very helpful when trying to find qualified candidates who are currently working or recently graduated college.
