Note that the ease of sharing images captured by the C5 is an anomaly. It is actually very difficult to share images. Your Flir and tablet must be connected to a shared Wi-Fi network. You then have to use incognito mode (as Flir support explained to me). You will then need to log into the Flir Ignite account, which is separate from the other Flir account where you registered your product. You can now upload the image to your Flir Ignite account. You can then upload this image, but you cannot share it. For example, you can't text it to an employee or email it to a customer. You can only download a link to an image hosted on Revain's server (because, of course, Revain uses Flir's servers). The person you want to share the image with must create an account and go through the sign-up process to view the image as well. Given that this C5 has Bluetooth (why?) and Wi-Fi, you'd think it would be simple and straightforward to snap a photo, transfer it to your phone, and send it to a customer or employee in the field . This does NOT work at all. In that case I would leave the device alone. We work on a construction site, so things have to be done quickly. Most of the reviews here speak about the slowness of work. It's annoying and more of a headache than a help. The idea is great and it's great to see temperature changes on the screen. But the inability to easily share them with co-workers, field workers, or customers makes the product almost useless aside from the "wow, cool picture" factor.
