Review on 🎧 CoolStream CarPro Bluetooth Adapter - Upgrading Your 2005-2011 Mercedes' Factory 30 Pin iPod Media Cable to Stream Music Wirelessly by Eliot Wahl

Almost perfect for my Kawasaki Vaquero

I have a Kawasaki Vaquero (stock head unit with amplifier and 6.5" speakers) and an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I tested/compared these units with the CHOOCL 1000 adapter, with this CoolStream CarPro doing best. I posted a detailed review of CHOOCL versus this device, but for some reason Ctrl+C didn't copy it, so I lost it. But here are the highlights. **Both devices pair and connect quickly (5-10 seconds), although CHOOCL was consistently 2-3 seconds faster. clearer. In fact, it was only noticeable when playing "lossless" or "high resolution lossless" music. But since this is for a motorcycle, the degree of difference shouldn't have affected my decision much. ** Both devices worked as expected as iPod connection (with track info sent to screen and track control via steering wheel buttons). But CHOOCL would only do this when cycling through the modes (FM, AM, WX, AUX) if/when the bike was on and already in "Aux" mode. In contrast, this CoolStream device always switched from "aux" to "iPod" within a few seconds. That's why I ended up choosing CoolStream CarPro.** A few more reasons that mattered to me: CoolStream is made in Taiwan, while CHOOCL is made in China. The instructions for CHOOCL were clearly not written (or reviewed) by a fluent English speaker, although they were clear enough to be understood. The CHOOCL case is clearly generic and used for other devices, models or brands.
