I like that it was easy to set up because of all its features but there were some glitches with our account which we had fixed within 48 hours as per their customer support team's guidance over email/phone calls- they are very responsive! - Easy to use- great price point (not too high)- best option if you want your customers to have an online portal where they can pay through mobile devices.- no complaints at this time. If i could suggest something then maybe adding more payment options? Like PayPal or other credit card providers so people who do not trust Paypal will feel comfortable using them. We used flat rate now services initially when first launching my startup business back home in Nigeria. It helped me get paid fast from clients across Africa without having to worry about chargebacks etc. The only problem i faced while working with them was getting payments approved by banks. They did everything possible to make sure.
