I found this item from my mom in a special needs group. I wasn't sure and bought it anyway. My son has 9W with no SMO. I bought 11 and they fit perfectly. It has a bit of room in the toe box but overall I'm happy with the fit. I also removed the insert. Love her!
- Super cute and durable. Fits as expected and my 2.5 year old loves them too!
