Problem solved for network products
This is the ideal solution to power the switch in a place where there is no outlet. My situation is multiple ethernet cables running from a phone booth to different rooms. Now I put that switch there, all the rooms are connected. The switch body is made of metal and the power consumption is quite small. So overheating doesn't bother me.
