Absolutely perfect if you're trying to use RGB with a variety of effects to choose from. Computer and buggy, it's totally separate remote control. I am using this with nine PWM argb fans connected to basically any argb fan controller that has a 3 pin argb header for motherboard sync and the rainbow effect is much smoother than the top fan hub has also an item that doesn't say it comes with an extension so it can be used as a plug in connector or as a socket connector which was one thing I was worried about when I bought it none came with it but it does and it's not in the image product, if you connect more than 6 fans you may need a 1 to 4 argb splitter. In my case, the fan hub here has RGB and PWM control, but it doesn't. I can only make 7 fans so using the PWM splitter and RGB splitter I was able to get all 9 fans working and fully functional with this product. I also installed an LED strip from this company and the fans have the exact same controls but different plugs and I work with two different waveforms so the remotes don't get in the way so the predefined effects for the fans are now the same as Effects for led strips and oh my god they are bright and smooth. I recommend this product to anyone who wants RGB without software or if your motherboard doesn't have a 3-pin RGB connector like mine
