Great for ready-to-read jams

Suitable for jams without pectin. It's a lot easier than trying to juggle a thermometer while stirring. It's also a lot easier than doing tests with a spoon because you never have to stop stirring. I like the size for making jam. It's beautiful and Ling helping with the splashes. I was concerned about cleaning the small holes that the probe fits in, but the straw brush fits in just fine.
