Review on Go Moment by Joshua Romero

The ability for our Front Desk team members at all of my hotels, including those not using this application can see who is waiting or has checked out via their mobile device (phone) so they are able to check them off as being handled without having me come into work every day! We have been utilizing it since last year when we were first introduced by one of our hotel partners & I am very pleased with how easy everything works from booking rooms through checking people out/in once completed!! At times there might be some lag but that's because everyone wants access right away - it takes about 10 seconds before anyone gets notified if someone checks-out /checks back in after leaving during non peak hours which isn't bad considering most customers want immediate service anyway! It makes life easier for myself and other managers around town too knowing what room keys belong where etc., especially over busy holidays like Thanksgiving weekend!!
