Easy to use, easy to clean, comes with a brush cleaner, but better with scissors or a razor blade. We got it to try out the robot vacuum cleaner. I've been trying to convince my wife for years and our traditional vacuum cleaner finally died. The good thing is that it works with Alexa and the app is pretty easy to use. It's not the smartest thing but it seems like it's vacuuming everywhere, sometimes it seems like it's getting stuck in our kitchen and taking up the same spot over and over again until it figured out how to get out of the kitchen (the aisle between the counters) comes out. It gets stuck quite often. He likes to stick his nose under the fridge door, which is very annoying. He also tries to climb onto the dog's water tray (we have the tray under the waterer because the dog can't drink or shit) and gets stuck. We've moved him from floor to floor in the house and he seems to feel that way. The in-app tracking feature is practically useless, notifications are fine when they stop but annoying when it's the middle of the night. In short, it's a good 4 stars. And as an entry level, we will one day upgrade to one that drops its own trash and has 1 level per house. That's how we managed to convince my wife that we needed her.
