I LOVE this product! I was SO SCARED to buy it because of all the complaints about it. About people saying the cap comes off or the tube is too small. If you set it up properly and sit in a nice, comfortable spot, it only takes about 30 minutes and my hair is sooo soft. I also used the deep conditioner I posted here and I just showed a photo of my hair before. It was very fragile and damaged. And with a hot treatment. My hair is so soft with bouncy curls. I love it very much! If positioned correctly, the hose will not come loose. It gets nice and hot, so if you're too sensitive to heat, just turn it down and you're good to go. It's light and part of the tubing also heats up (why not? It connects to the cap to transfer heat), but just throw on the long sleeve and it's perfect. It's not bad for at-home hair care without paying that kind of money at the salon.
