I LOVE this product! I was SO SCARED to buy it because of all the complaints about it. About people saying the cap comes off or the tube is too small. If you set it up properly and sit in a nice, comfortable spot, it only takes about 30 minutes and my hair is sooo soft. I've sworn by Gold and Hot hair dryers for decades. I hate going to the braid store to sit under the dryer. nothing to do, waiting for my thick natural hair to dry.
