Poor quality and workmanship. The quality is what you would expect from an $80 chassis made in China. Mine was brand new, but the inner steel was rusty, scratched, like an unfinished work. The hard drive tray is thin and flimsy. Vibrations are crazy! If you operate a 72k HDD in it, the case will become very LOUD due to vibrations. I also don't have any double sided tape for the badge. WHY wasn't the plaque taped in advance? Oh, the front door, it's the worst design for a NAS enclosure. It's NOT magnetic, it's a latch and it's very solid. You have to pry open the door to slam it or open it with your nails. Do not open or close the front panel while the device is running to avoid damage to the spinning hard drives from impact when opening/closing the door.
