Review on Flowmaster 817568 Muffler by Victor Houser

So this is only my second Flowmaster muffler. The last one I had was a lot louder and creakier than this one. It's just right for the boy or girl who enjoys the sound of their V8, doesn't want to lose low-end torque and doesn't want too many complaints from neighbors. I haven't had it very long, but so far I haven't had any issues with hum or anything like that. My installation was easy after removing my 3 year old muffler. However, this was a problem due to the rusty clips. Once it was off, I had a new one on for a maximum of 15 minutes. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the price. I'm guessing it's only made for 1500 5.7, anything over $250 seems expensive to me. Anyway, so far so good. I like it.
