Deserves all 5 stars. The only minor issues, it was quite difficult to open the battery compartment (very narrow) to insert the batteries and you can't safely position the remote on the surface of your coffee table as the back isn't very well thought out, so it is like a seesaw there. BUT since I installed all my 3 devices in about 5 minutes with code list and everything works like clockwork I couldn't be happier. It was a very pleasant experience, no disappointments, beautiful! TCL Roku TV, Sony Blueray Player and Sony receiver/amplifier which is about 15 years old - everything works! Before that I used "One4All" which is the only brand I know of and I remember paying about $50 for it 10 years ago. and it was very frustrating to install. The codes didn't work I had to call them they had to send a ton to the phone and I had to keep this remote on my phone to program it. And for the price, backlighting in different colors (which I think is a bit of a gimmick), light weight, great workmanship (apart from the swing) and nice material, this item was a great buy!
