Review on Zack Zoey Polyester Thermal XX Small by Lauren Miller

My package just arrived and the first thing I tried to do was slip it on over my chihuahua/terrier mix. The jacket doesn't fit him at all, he doesn't even fit on both legs. When I checked the size it said XXS they should make XXS as an option to order because I chose XS and got this instead. I would like to contact someone about this, but writing this comment seems to be the only way. I will be returning my item, maybe an exchange, but how can I make sure I get the right size if I don't have anyone to speak to directly about this?
