Terrible article! good for barrel
DO NOT BUY. Better use wood chips! I have spent many days and hours perfecting and creating a 70% ABV Peaty Scotch Whiskey and tasting it in this cask. It leaked from the start and I had to turn/shake it from time to time hoping it would really take away from my taste/properties of the wood as it was idle most of the time. 2 months later I checked it one day and found it was almost empty! All but 150ml of my chore of alcohol has soaked into the wood and/or dripped onto the nightstand and bedside table with black putrid resin. DO NOT BUY!
