These 2 1/2 and 5 gallon kegs are leak proof. I have tried various proofs and so far 50% product loss in 18 months is typical.

I bought this with the intention of starting my summer with a good load of Manhattans. Well after a week of trying to prime the keg it's still leaking. Very frustrating and appears to be a bulge during production. Plan to come back for another. I emailed the manufacturer and was told they would send me wax to stop the leak.

DO NOT BUY. Better use wood chips! I have spent many days and hours perfecting and creating a 70% ABV Peaty Scotch Whiskey and tasting it in this cask. I bought 9 of these kegs as a gift for my friend and was very pleased. All the kegs I have given out have been tested and hold liquid well, I have not been reported any leaks. I am happy with this keg. I knew it would leak a little when it was new, but it leaked at a rate of almost a barrel a day for two weeks. To try and stop the leak, I watched some manufacturers' YouTube videos and tried some of the suggestions, e.g. B. Adjust the rings slightly larger as they may have come loose during shipping. I also tried sealing the barrel with the beeswax I had. This helped a little but didn't stop the leak. I contacted the manufacturer to see what other recommendations they
