I am happy with this keg. I knew it would leak a little when it was new, but it leaked at a rate of almost a barrel a day for two weeks. To try and stop the leak, I watched some manufacturers' YouTube videos and tried some of the suggestions, e.g. B. Adjust the rings slightly larger as they may have come loose during shipping. I also tried sealing the barrel with the beeswax I had. This helped a little but didn't stop the leak. I contacted the manufacturer to see what other recommendations they have. They said the beeswax wouldn't seal the barrel and I had to use some of their barrel wax. They sent me a small amount and I applied it to the leaks. It worked! no more river However, I had to cover most of the barrel with wax. The wax darkened the color of the barrel a bit and I ended up covering everything to make it look right. I emailed the manufacturer to say the wax was working and to ask if this was a common problem. I did not get an answer. So, am I happy with the trunk? Of course. Am I satisfied with the customer service? Of course. They replied to my original email and sent me a solution. Although it would be nice to get an answer via email.
