I've been taking similar growth hormone supplements for a while and wanted to try something new so I gave it a try - definitely regret that decision. The first night I took it I got a headache and couldn't sleep. I felt nauseous and nauseous like I was about to throw up, but (thankfully) that didn't happen. same results (though less severe this time) which tells me something is wrong with these supplements. AVOID! Find a better known brand. I threw away the whole bottle and hope no one has to go through what I experienced.
