Looks good, does not work

Looks nice but works horribly. The fans spin very slowly and there is barely enough air to cool my laptop. Maybe I just got an inferior device, but that doesn't change my rating. I leave my temperature tests below. I also applied thermal paste with Arctic Silver 5 to my CPU a few weeks ago. To idle: 64 degrees Celsius To load: 85 degrees Celsius and heat management After idle: 63 degrees Celsius After load: 86 degrees Celsius and heat management
