Review on 🍳 Calphalon Simply 10 Piece Cookware Set: Nonstick Pots and Pans for Efficient Cooking by Melanie Phillips

I've always been a Calphalon fan and it didn't disappoint. They come very well packaged, most of the material is cardboard. Pots and pans have fairly thick bottoms, so they take a little longer to heat up than some other pans I've used. On the plus side, there are no hotspots and they all heat up very easily. I also like the fit of the lid. They are quite heavy and have a nice fit and hold vapor very well. The handles don't get hot either, which is nice. I want to be clear that the only reason I'm giving this set 4 stars is because they are only rated for 450 degrees in the oven. I suspect it's the silicone grips. It's great for heat control and doesn't slip, but limits the temperature at which they can be used in the oven. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for something with a non-stick coating. They work perfectly and you can't beat the price.
