Terrible Do not buy this set

This set is terrible! The color faded after the first wash! I contacted the manufacturer with my problems and they didn't even answer! Terrible service, terrible product

inconsistent quality

I've had this set for a little less than a year and use it regularly (I cook several times a week). I've also followed all care and use instructions - no metal utensils, wait for it to cool before cleaning, and use dish soap + non-abrasive sponge to hand wash. While most of my pots and pans are still in good condition, some of them are no longer non-stick. I haven't noticed any peeling or other issues; They just stopped being nonstick and I have to use a lot of oil to keep the food from…

VERY difficult to clean

A good set of crockery. Easy to clean interior and lid. However, I did attempt to use the company-recommended Bar Keepers Friend Cookware Cleanser to remove some of the food stains that were burnt into the outside of one of the pots, either from anodized aluminum surfaces or stainless steel surfaces. I keep my pans in the display case on a pot rack, but that makes the whole display case look dirty. If the look of your crockery is important to you, I wouldn't recommend this collection.

Worth your money and investment to pay a little extra!

Caphalon never disappoints. This brand is known for its high quality products. I took this subject back in college when I was living with a guy. I've had them for 5 years and they were as new as the day I brought them. So now I needed new pots and pans because I was tired of buying the cheap Farberware sets you get at Wal-Mart. I've always been a Calphalon fan and it didn't disappoint. They come very well packaged, most of the material is cardboard. Pots and pans have fairly thick bottoms, so they take a little longer to heat up than some other pans I've used. On the plus side, there are no hotspots and they all heat up very easily.
