Belmor: A Business Stuck in the Middle

Despite having a large variety of auto parts, Belmor's online store is moving slowly. The website is difficult to use and out of current, like a clunky vehicle that has seen better days. The search feature is a joke because it frequently produces useless results or none at all. And let's not even begin to discuss their customer care. It appears as though they are driving while blind. Days go by before you receive a response to an email, and when you do, it's frequently unhelpful or outright rude. Long hold times and uninterested contact center agents who seem more interested in cutting you off than actually assisting you make phone calls just as bad. When you finally succeed in placing an order, don't count on it to come in on schedule or in good shape. Belmor's shipment is as slow as a Sunday driver, and merchandise is frequently harmed during transportation. With convoluted processes and no assurances that you'll actually receive your money back, returns are a headache. Belmor is, in essence, a business operating in the back of the line, and the inconvenience is not worthwhile. There are numerous other online retailers that provide superior service, shipping times, and prices. So avoid Belmor if you want a hassle-free experience when purchasing car parts.
