Very disappointed! The product did not work well at all. My 12 year old Toshiba works 100 times better. Slow internet connection, slow response to commands. Not at all what I'm looking for in a PC. I am sending it back for a refund. Including restocking fees and postage, I lost $73. I will never order from a third party again. How would I know if a laptop is too slow for me without testing it? So just because I opened the box and realized that thing wasn't for me, I got charged. The seller paid for the postage. This is very small fine print that is often overlooked because it is too small to read. If you are looking for a laptop that can be used on the internet, this is definitely not for you.
