Safety Issues / Take Care

Used this a few times to run the 12v pump from my ATV. I smelled burned and it was the melting and burning of this device. I turned it off and threw it in the pond to put out the flames. The 10 amp fuse has worked so far and has never blown. Scared me to death. that a lot of amps should take the fuse out, so there it is.
