Before I talk about how this product failed without use, let me first address the Delphi warranty. Delphi claims your device was never installed unless professionally installed. This means that you have to go to a Delphi approved installer and pay for the installation. So there is basically no guarantee and certainly no lifetime guarantee. It's just Sharpe's tricks. I am a lawyer. A Toyota fuel pump rarely fails, even after 300,000 miles. I have vintage cars and have built fuel injection fuel pumps to pressurize the fuel rail. In fact, that's how you know Delphi failed. You have no pressure in the fuel rail. All fuses and relays, as well as the inertia switch, rarely fail. But at Delphi the ENGINE fails. They always report pollution. I do NOT use anything other than ethanol-free fuel in my cars. It doesn't tend to attract water like ethanol. If you are going to store them or leave them for a period of time, do not store them with ethanol. In my case, Delphi was installed. The tank was emptied and cleaned although there was no residue in the tank. The installation went well and the car started with no problems. The car is a modern classic and although it is road legal, it has not driven a single kilometer in recent years. Recently tried to start it and Delphi engine failed. The external fuel filter has become unusable, the internal fuel filter has remained flawless. This is a defect in the external filter material. Not a trace of rubble or pollution. The engine is frozen. GAME OVER. I have ordered a replacement motor. I ordered the motor with carbon material instead of copper. Delphi does not research. In Mexico, they invent everything. You talk about POLLUTION. But it is their own materials that catalyze the oxidation. "Copper significantly affects the tar content of gasoline because it catalyzes radical oxidation reactions and accelerates peroxidation. Contact with gasoline in the engine power supply system. [Gee, looks like a fuel pump1] This is nothing new. The US military has been investigating oxidation of copper fuel systems for years. Imagine Delphi making fuel pumps for fighter jets. Oh man. Here is one such story. To me, Delphi engines are buggy whether you install them yourself or have Delphi's award-winning nephew CEO install them. There is copper in it and it will fail. I am about to file a warranty claim against Delphi for a faulty motor that abuses copper which oxidizes and destroys the motor. The funny thing is that you're a lawyer and you read everything with a lot of skepticism. But if you read warranty claims, the company already knows why its engines fail. So you spend a lot of time talking about "pollution”. What they don't tell you is that there is copper in their device which oxidizes gasoline tar. They cause pollution. That's why they talk so much about pollution and blame you. When I wanted to find a metal finish for some of my old vintage gas tanks. I had to find an ethanol impermeable epoxy. There is only one on the market. The reason for this is that ethnol attracts water and any air space in steel tanks will rust. I have rust on the Delphi panel leading to the drive. They didn't even cover it. Rust is oxidation. Oxidation from copper's own abuse from not using ethanol in my vintage cars. Well, if everyone in the US uses ethanol, how can Delphi claim that you're using polluted gas? Your products won't withstand ethanol, but they will. This is a scam to be taken advantage of. Do not buy this product, it is guaranteed to fail and it will not happen in life. Your guarantee is nothing more than Sharp's practice. Me. I take copper. i love revvan I buy from Revain for quality assurance. This is a kind of short-term protection, but not a manufacturer's guarantee. Revain is not responsible for defective Delphi products. But if, like me, you read the words LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY and bought because of those words, you are encouraged to buy. The promotional offer does not come with a disclaimer, but this is the FIRST listed incentive! This is the practice of the sharp. Here they are selling you a product that they know will be sold to the public and installed by the public. But the fine print of their limited lifetime warranty excludes roughly 100% of Revain buyers. So whoever bought this faulty device because of these words was wrong. If approximately 100% of Revain buyers DO NOT RECEIVE A WARRANTY from Delphi, it is considered false advertising. My state has a law that penalizes false advertising both inside and outside the state. Delphi will be receiving registered letters from me this week. I will use copper which makes this product unsuitable for petrol engines.
