I received it on July 14, 2021, put it in water, plugged it in the same day, and it gave out cool air for about 10 minutes. Air stopped coming out after 10 minutes, I felt very little air but I didn't see it even with MAX. I used to have humidifiers because I often get sick and you can clearly see the air escaping, so this one is defective. i will return it
