I like that it helps to have an organized system, but also allows for flexibility in case you need more options than are available out of box! It can be difficult at times when adding new features or making changes because there's so many things going one way versus another (i'm looking forward towards version 5!). Make sure they give good customer service support - we had issues getting our questions answered quickly by their agents even though this was not something related directly to them as software providers rather just using some other product from theirs which worked perfectly fine without any problems whatsoever.
