The best part of this software is that it has given me all information required about my candidates, which I can use to improve myself as an interviewer in future interviews for any recruitment process where there are online applications involved! Also being able to keep track how many people have applied or not makes things easier too! Great alternative when recruiting people

The platform is very intuitive, easy to use and has all the features I need for my recruitment process.The reporting and dashboards are also great! Nothing at this stage so far that we dislike too much. It's good if you're looking for something simple but powerful. If you have more complex needs or requirements then maybe it can be difficult to set up everything in one go. We've been able to streamline our recruitment processes using Recruiting. The platform is very user friendly, has many features that help recruiters find their ideal candidates for each position easily! I love how accurate it can be as well to give you insight into what type of personality fits best in certain positions/industries too which helps when deciding who should get hired first (if there are multiple applicants). Some times they don't allow me access all my notes or info from previous interviews so sometimes this could throw off things if i want an update at

Great experience with a great platform

I like nothing more than getting to chat it up with a great recruiter and really getting to know my candidates as people and professional associates before their next step in their career. Some of the best conversations I have had were when they just chatted it up about life, music, and what they are looking for after they graduate. There isn't anything I dislike on this platform. Software offers great functionality with room

I like that it helps to have an organized system, but also allows for flexibility in case you need more options than are available out of box! It can be difficult at times when adding new features or making changes because there's so many things going one way versus another (i'm looking forward towards version 5!). Make sure they give good customer service support - we had issues getting our questions answered quickly by their agents even though this was not something related directly to them…
