Review on Recruitring by Michael Nard

The platform is very user friendly, has many features that help recruiters find their ideal candidates for each position easily! I love how accurate it can be as well to give you insight into what type of personality fits best in certain positions/industries too which helps when deciding who should get hired first (if there are multiple applicants). Some times they don't allow me access all my notes or info from previous interviews so sometimes this could throw off things if i want an update at any point down line but overall great tool!! Highly recommend using them. It makes finding perfect fit matches much easier than ever before which really benefits not only myself but also our department. ! Easy to use, easy access of all information about candidates in just one place which is very useful for recruiters when they have so many resumes or CVs as it's not possible always go through them each individually (especially if you are working from home). Also I like that we can add tags to our profiles where other users will be able save their searches by using those same keywords! Nothing really but this software works fine without any problems at least what i've used during my internship period.
