I almost returned it. Before installation it was necessary to check the mobility of all parts. The parts did not move even with a strong blow with a hammer. It took two applications of WD40 and a hammer to get the TV mount to rotate/move. Things are going well now. (A cardboard shield is used to protect the walls and floor from oil splatter.) Screws are overkill for a £10 TV. 2" wood/drywall screws in a joist will hold 100 pounds! Drill first. Use a tape measure and pencil to mark first. Use a strong magnet to find the joist (find the nails behind the Drywall in the joist). The wrench made in China is a joke. I often have this problem. with toy wrenches. Worked on everything except the pitch adjustment screw. I had to use a real 10mm wrench. Now it works great. Minus a few hammer blows.
