Pin Vise is a bit flimsy and cheap, but it does the job with larger bits. Smaller diameter bits, not so much. The mini drills I've used so far work perfectly. Twist drills are bullshit as they are blunt, "sharp" off center and can't even drill holes in soft plastic. Every time I need to drill a hole, I grab a twist drill bit that's the right size, "admire" its extremely rough workmanship (looks like it was gnawed by a rat), and naively try to drill a hole in soft plastic , only to fail... take the bat out of the vise and throw it straight into the bin in disgust. I haven't changed the kit yet, but I will eventually replace it. Save your money and spend a little more for something better.
