Review on 🧽 Cuisinart CCB-500 Griddle Cleaner by Austin Olson

I bought this unit hoping to get a clean or covered rack to go with our cooker. It went far beyond what I had hoped for. Easy to use and won't scratch the surface as some have mentioned, you need to apply even pressure. This is best done when the pan is hot; I'm going to turn the flame up to about 400 and squirt some water, then scrape. 90% drop off at this point. I will do it again with more water. I also bought a cleaning kit and will be using wire mesh and then black pads. When using wire mesh, clean in the direction of the steel grain. Again, keep the pressure even and you won't have a scratching problem. I've used it many times and still think it's great. In fact, the video they show cannot compare to how easy it is to use and clean.
