Value for money is reasonable. Dimensional accuracy is reasonable IF you thoroughly clean these blocks upon arrival. Otherwise, the thin, protective, very tacky, high-viscosity protective film used by the manufacturer when shipped will give inaccurate readings of 0.0005 to 0.0015. For us, these blocks had to be repeatedly cleaned. We cannot use them for our aerospace work and tolerances, although for general shop use and general handling these blocks are acceptable when used to determine parallel or even adjustments. We haven't really needed, tested, or used 3/8-16 threaded holes, although the threads "look" fine.
