A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

The first copy was bought in the summer of 2022, the second in the fall of 2022. I took both with a difference of ~ 500 compared to the same Blue 1 TB 5400 rpm and 32 MB of cache, which cost 500-750 more. The recording speed is quite a bit different from those declared by the manufacturer, they work 24/7. Used exclusively for gaming. We survived transportation in the system unit on the plane and on the train several times, while there is shaking in the last cars on the train. We experienced poor power supply, power outages in another city. They get a little warm, but this is solely due to the heating in the room 34-36 gr. Smart shows that everything is fine (see photo). Now it's 2022, Victoria showed two hours before writing a review not a single green sector (over 1 sec.). Both copies are made in Thailand. Occasionally, crackles are heard when writing / reading, slightly. And yes, they are not particularly fixed, I understand that this causes vibration and so on, but this is done in order to quickly remove them. The noise does not bother me personally, since the fans and the open wall of the system unit are working. PS. There is also a WD Green 2 TB, I took it in 2022. There are also no bad sectors for 6.5 years and Hitachi, but this one worked on and off for 5 years (but that's a completely different story). S. The system is cleaned every 3 months.

Pros
  • Time-tested, two such HDDs were bought with a difference of 1.5 years. Ideal value for money. The presence of 64 MB of cache.
Cons
  • A bit noisy, see explanation in the comments.

Refused to work after a year and a half of casual use: office applications, surfing the internet, watching movies.
