My time with QBSM was horrible. My transaction took weeks to arrive, despite the site's assurances of quick processing and delivery. The customer service representatives were impolite and unable to resolve my issue. The clothes and accessories I ordered were similarly of poor quality and not what I received. I had a lot of trouble with customer service when I tried to get a refund. If you're seeking for a trustworthy and trusted online store, QBSM is not the one for you. They are not worth the trouble because of the poor quality of their products and the bad service they provide.
