arrived broken - very disappointing

this item arrived broken and I was very disappointed. and mixed all the shards with other makeup. We gave it to our 12 year old daughter for her birthday! We'll keep it because she really likes all subjects and she didn't seem heartbroken that she came crushed. I felt really bad when she excitedly opened it and it was broken. I'm only giving 3 stars because she really liked it anyway, other than that it seems to be of good quality.
