Review on 🔧 iCarsoft POR V3.0: Advanced Porsche/Cayenne Diagnostic Tool with Auto VIN, Quick Test, and Actuation Test by Mayrando Clark

Before purchasing this item I asked the manufacturer if it was compatible with the 2019 Porsche Cayenne. They replied that it is now updated and compatible and sent me a link to buy it from Revain, which I did. Upon receipt I immediately followed all installation instructions and attempted to reset the oil service message on a 2019 Porsche Cayenne but received an error message stating "this feature is not supported for this vehicle". The device correctly recognizes the vehicle based on the chassis number, but does not reset the service message. I tried updating the software through their website but the device already had the latest software installed. I've tried resetting the oil message about 10 times, resulting in the same error message. They told me to send them the log file which I had to spend time to figure out how to do and finally sent it. It's been 3 weeks and they still can't fix the problem. I have emailed several times asking for an update and my requests have mostly been ignored with a vague response that they are looking into this issue. Bad customer service. Do not advertise a product as compatible with a specific vehicle until you have tested it on that vehicle and verified that it is compatible. Oil reset is the most basic and common function that customers buy this product for. I am returning this product and will look for something else. Even if they fix it I don't trust this company which lacks customer service in the area of tech support. They try to hide the fact that they are a Chinese company by using common American names in email replies and using a US address. Your customer service tactics are clearly un-American.
