I bought this unit and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I feed my fish twice a day and the feeder can be rotated multiple times at 1 minute intervals to give the right amount of feed. I have a big fish that eats a lot, so I turn it 5 times in the morning and 5 times in the evening. I use flake food so I just grind the flakes down to bite size so they go through the dispenser opening easily. I can also feed remotely via Alexa or mobile phone 👍🏼👍🏼. I had a very small canister filter so I removed the filter cartridge and used it for the feeder, the feed goes in and goes straight into the tank. I have a full glass lid so I couldn't install a feeder on the side of the tank itself. but it's even better!
