Update: What great support! Contacted the supplier and it was determined that there might be a problem with the cable (everything happens, so that's understandable). After I got a new cable, charging works fine. I will order again as they checked and made sure I as a buyer received a working product and was satisfied. Bad cables can happen, but great customer service isn't always the case. This cable cannot charge 2017 15 inch Macbook Pro model when using your computer. In general, this is a big minus, as I got the impression that it would charge.
