Fixed: Now 2017 MBP is calculated. Old name: Won't charge your MacBook Pro while in use.

Update: What great support! Contacted the supplier and it was determined that there might be a problem with the cable (everything happens, so that's understandable). After I got a new cable, charging works fine. I will order again as they checked and made sure I as a buyer received a working product and was satisfied. Bad cables can happen, but great customer service isn't always the case. This cable cannot charge 2017 15 inch Macbook Pro model when using your computer. In general, this is a…

Fast and courteous troubleshooting

This heavy duty 5A 6in USB Type-C to Type-C braided nylon cable was purchased from CableCreation to replace the thin, plastic-coated power cable that came with the kit was delivered. . with my new 15" MacBook Pro. Works as advertised but not with all cases

The cable itself works as advertised - it can be used to charge USB-C devices like a MacBook Pro or iPad Pro, as well as transfer data. There are no problems. But the plastic casing around the USB-C tip is thick. If your device is in a case that covers everything but the ports, cameras, and microphone, this cable may not be compatible due to the extra thickness.
