I used this product to measure the temperature of meat in the oven. Likes: - Correct case size - Good probe size - Good probe cable length - Convenient AA batteries Dislikes: - Fairly slow update, seems to jump two degrees instead of fixing each degree - Unreliable, it was enough for the first multiple uses. Now it seems to think the ambient temperature in my house is 142F. This is clearly wrong, and without the ability to calibrate the device, it's now worthless junk. Spend more money and get a probe
