Poor warranty support

I was trying to get this unit repaired under a one year warranty. I bought in February 2020. Edenpure has not provided return instructions or return labels. Since October 26, 2020 I have had 6 calls but no satisfactory help. Keep walking around and making the same excuses every time I call. Their warranty support is very poor. I would not recommend an Edenpure product.
