I like the fact that they always have up-to date software, devices we use daily and can help us find any issues with them quickly which is great when you need something fixed for your business or work project immediately! They're usually pretty good about keeping in contact but sometimes it doesn't happen straight away so be patient if things don't seem quite right after contacting their team - this has happened very rarely though!! We've had some really quick fixes through Aurora's techs who get back within 10 minutes of our initial message even though its often 2pm UK time.
