I like the product, but the ball joint can hardly be adjusted. I've tried oil and silicone spray but to no avail. I'm afraid that too much pressure will break my bleed valve. Can you fix this or send me a working ball/channel clamp assembly? The phone holder works great but I have to adjust the position to avoid glare. Please reply with a solution. RC
