Review on 🔪 Fiskars Easy Change Ergo Control Rotary Cutter, 45mm - 197990-1001 by Barbara Simmons

This is a really handy tool. Everything about it is good except the retractable lid doesn't retract like it should. This is a complaint I read about in other reviews even before I bought it. However, do not try to press the lid with your finger as the blade is very sharp. I came up with a very easy way to close the protective case without touching it or using any tools. I simply turned the cutter upside down and pressed the protective cover against a hard, flat surface like a tabletop or workbench and left the hard surface closed. I bought a scrapbook to cut specific designs very quickly with a variety of blades that can be used. I recommend this product.
