I came across this product by accident. I was looking for whey or protein powder to help me lose weight. After reading reviews and weighing different brands of goat whey I decided to try this one hoping I wouldn't waste money on another useless product. is an expensive investment. It has a really "goaty" taste; but mixed into my coffee with raw honey or stevia and a teaspoon or two of that tastes great in my coffee and stretches out the goat whey making it last longer. I can see the benefit. I'm not that hungry after coffee, so it suppresses my appetite. I hope this will help my dieting efforts and the quality of the goat milk will improve my health. I'm also researching products to make homemade goat's milk yogurt and eliminating cow's milk from my diet entirely. I would like to inform about improvements later.
