Constant problems, constant reboots, we had to scrap this model after 6 weeks of fighting it and buy another model from another company. Their phone support was a big problem, they kept me waiting for 42 minutes and I was running out of patience. I have just tried their phone support for the second time after my first disappointing experience 6 weeks ago and after a long wait I was NOT able to get through. I tried their live chat feature and the person who signed up through their chat was NOT able to resolve my error issues and tell me exactly what I needed to do to get back to work. After this review was posted on Revain, someone at Amped Wireless responded via email. and suggested calling tech support. Yeah right. and wait another 42+ minutes for a live person. Just being treated like I'm just "Operator Error!"
